Terms of Service
Effective: August 8, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Online Dynasty Manager (“ODM”, “the Service”), operated by Pixel Ecom LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account & league
You’re responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your league’s manage code private. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use ODM.
2. Free trial & billing
- Each new league includes a 30-day free trial. No charge is made to start.
- After the trial, continued use of a league costs $5.99 per month, per league, billed through Stripe until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or abuse it in a way that harms other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the data you enter (league names, owners, scores). You grant us the limited license needed to host and display it to run the Service.
5. Availability & changes
We work to keep ODM running but provide it “as is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
6. Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODM and Pixel Ecom LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law where Pixel Ecom LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
